I did not need to engage with anyone because the program is so easy to use. I have used TurboTax in one form or another for probably 20 years and remain happy with it

Been using turbo since the first year i filed ever

I didnt know i was paying over $200 in add ons im used to paying maybe $80 max but it didnt give me the choice of what add ons to use when i first started filing i think next year i will be forced to use a cheaper or free option with a different company because of the treatment this year....
Pros: My employment status changed this year
