Another year done

The on-line did not upload automatically my 2023 from my computer. Took me 2 hours to have to hand type everything and make all entries. My old Turbo tax programs since 2015 always uploaded automatically. I still have them all on my Laptop.
An Intuit Customer Service did call and check on my progress after my first 4 hours and mid review. Very professional and supportive.

Less helpful as more complicated

It felt like I was being forced to upgrade. Service was great in the past. As my tax returns have become more complicated with age (e.g. community property, retirement, etc.), I've found the service to be less clear/helpful. Would be great if there was a way to connect partners who are married filing separately to help create peace of mind for the complexities.
