Turbo Tax was horrible this year!

I have been using Turbo Tax for decades, and was always pleased with it until this year. The changes they made for this filing year were NOT user friendly. It was hard finding and revisiting documents and areas of concern. It also didn't keep you informed of what your refund/amount owed was; you had to wait until the very end. I will not use Turbo Tax next year; this was a nightmare!

Very easy! I got my taxes filed in just over an hour, I opened a new business and was able to get my taxes figured out with help from turbo tax

Using TurboTax was great. I have been a stay-at-home mom these past few years and I was very excited to be able to file this year after returning to work and TurboTax was wonderful. I thought it was going to be really difficult and complicated but anytime I had a question there was a suggestion to find out more information and 8 out of 10 times the information was extremely helpful and cleared up all my questions

Turbo Tax is very user-friendly, even for a technology-challenged retiree like me! It walks you through each step and provides explanations of unfamiliar terms. It seems to cover all the possible bases and is very thorough. I've been using Turbo Tax for several years now and have never had a problem with filing my tax returns with them.
