Beware of the upselling in this service. If you don't read carefully, you will add services in several places throughout the process. I also wish this saved more information. For example, why I am I being asked if I received a refund and for how much last year when my taxes were filed in the same account? This does do a decent job walking you through the process and having places to click for more information.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

Very self-explanatory and easy to follow along. I would very much recommend for anyone who does not have a lot of forms to file and has a simple tax return.
