Needs improvement for forms and crypto

I prefer the desktop version. Also, didn't see an option to download my documents or even review the forms before I filed. How do I download a pdf version? The cryptocurrency filing was painful. There is no way to report transactions to/from exchanges that have closed and reporting lost/stolen crypto is not clear because those exchanges are closed.

Return preparation & filing made easier

Overall, good product! Would be good if you could enhance with bulk add/update of foreign accounts. For several accounts, as may be common for resident aliens, it gets cumbersome to add each one through the workflow.

its not simple enough for people who dont know what theyre doing. we need more defintions or a better way to file taxes. its extremely complicated for people who live in one state and work in another
