Very good experience. Everything loaded quickly and anything I had questions for was well explained by the informational add-ons. Only reason 4/5 for me is because it's no longer free.

Intuit continues to lobby to make filing taxes incredibly complicated. Their service is acceptable because it's the only way to do it by yourself these days
