I am self employed and have been using TurboTax for a couple years and it has made tax time sooo much smoother . the examples of deductions are super helpful and i find that it is very user friendly. thanks TurboTax !

the 1099c was being viewed as 1099a for and the website was being very glitchy and a pain. was not easy as it usually is. IRS should be doing our taxes for us since they already have all the forms. this is a waste of all our time.

Great UI! I love the helpful hints pop ups and it's soo easy to manage and organize your returns with this platform. I've never used the live chat feature or options, but if I had a more complex return or like I might have next year I could see myself using those features.
