Cumbersome

First time to use on-line version. Next year will go back to lap top. I wasn't aware that I could download the software to my lap top. I want to see work sheets as I go. Navigating seems cumbersome. I did talk to Colley and she was extremely helpful and got me through the issues I was having.

TurboTax online is an annoying mess

Well, this online version got everything done, but I was being bobbled around all over the program the whole time. Before I'd have a simple line item for income and another for expenses, but here things nest within nests, and each click required me to say no to your upsell twice before moving on. I must have told you no twenty times on your 'personal reviewer' and 'premium protection' and whatnot. My taxes should have taken five minutes this year, literally, but it took me an hour because of your online program. I won't be back next year.

Turbo tax is helpful - never had problems

Generally pleased with Turbo Tax - I made a mistake in data entry - and it took awhile to figure out my mistake; but the program kept after me for corrections.
Overall a great system - but it was a little cumbersome to make the correction.
I strongly recommend the product.
