Turbotax is great, but ease off on selling product

While the service was fast, simple and intuitive, the constant adds about adding products was quite disruptive. There should be a one time option to opt-in or out on products and move on with the process. Otherwise, it was a smooth experience.

I'm back Turbo Tax and never leaving you again

It seems every year TurboTax improves the user experience for filing taxes. I was pleasantly surprised with all the new features and smart plugs they had included as well as the ability to explain certain things that we felt we needed more clarification on. Our taxes aren't complicated so using TT is a no-brainer, especially since we used a local tax prepper for our 2023 return and that was a horrible experience.
