Super efficient and thorough. Can add review options for additional costs, but isn't necessary or pressured. This is second consecutive year using and it made the process easier.

TurboTax answers questions

This is my 14th year using turbo tax. It went well. Any time I had a question I typed it up on the question and the answer showed up.
Some things for my taxes didn't show up right away, because they were not common. I typed it up in the question bar and everything showed up.
