Turbo Tax Educates and Interacts!

I've used Turbo Tax for many years. It's easy to use and takes you step-by-step through the process. The "Learn More" explanations are extremely helpful. I've recommended this tax product to family members and friends.

OK, done, but not happy.

Changes made in the software since last year made navigation more difficult and actually created conditions where I inadvertently wiped out prior year reporting that would have aided in the 2024 filing. Also, TT keeps promising discounts, but this never materializes at check out. That's not the right way to do business.

Great explanations, but on the verge of being MLM

Love the available explanations for everything, but the constant upgrade request (add max, etc) and frequent emails are abhorrent. Getting 2-3 emails from turbo tax a day for several days a week is ridiculous.
