I was surprised by how easy it was. I really liked how turbo tax connects to our accounts to get 1099's

Have used TurboTax for more than 10 years with no problems ever.

Extremely difficult to access meaningful assistance. There is issue with ongoing loop on 1099 R form, box 16. Issue acknowledged in help forum but no updates on repair progress. It seems any real assistance needs purchased in unnecessary upgrades.

Very easy and help is available if needed
some of the jargon could be better explained which is why I gave 4 stars. I had to use the help more often than I thought I should. But the explanations weren't there.
