Fees need to be better explained

Fees need to be better explained... It said none for using my Credit Karma Account and then I was charge $40 to put money in the account. Ridiculas since I set up my Credit Karma Account through you all for Returns.

I thought it was the only downfall was when you have an infant and they distract you with their frustrates you not that process of doing the taxes the process of dealing with a baby at the same time
