This time, it was not as easy nor thorough as in the past. It seemed to assume stuff and didn't ask enough questions. I was not comfortable using this software.

Untimely texting is annoying

I was annoyed by the contstant text messages to file my return early. I was waiting for a couple of 1099R forms from Fidelity and I could not file until I received those. As I said it was really annoying to be texted constantly to file when I couldn't. Your product is great, I love using it. But the text thing irritated me.

it is fairly easy to use but I did not see charges as I went and was a bit upset to see charges when I was done. I thought I was filing for free since I provided all information.
