Turbo Tax seemed a little confused after quitting

My 1099 were downloaded and I did some tax prep work and then signed off. When I resumed working on my taxes, Turbo Tax downloaded a 2nd copies of my 1099s. This seemed to cause confusion and some duplicate processing that then seems to have been ignored. Everything seems to have worked out but it is disconcerting.

2024 Taxes Done!

Fast and easy to use! Using the guide and importing information from different sources saves a ton of time. Accuracy of information does need review - I found a couple errors the system could not catch, as they answer to a question was prefilled with the incorrect information. Should not have been prefilled.

My agent Eric went above and beyond i had a million questions and needed alot of help he was very patient with me best customer service ever he definitely deserves a raise he cares about his job as well as tve people he helps and that's rare in employees
