Easiest way to handle complex taxes

Expensive and uses deceptive tactics

TURBOTAX is an easy to use program but costs 10x what it should and they try to upgrade you and sell your data 3-4 times during processing. They make it look like you need these services in a deceptive way.
I also love how the app says, congratulations WE saved you 33% by using the standard deduction. Let's be clear, Turbotax didn't do anything. The federal government defines the tax code.

Use Caution. Review, Review, Review.

Had to search serval hours to try to figure out how to enter my investment information. Straddles don't show under investments. I had to redo my return because I inputted the straddle info under a 1099 B trying to get the investment entered. Upon review I discovered this fact because reviewing my forms made me realize the data was in twice. once under a staddle that doesn't show when reviewing and again in the 1099 B Live and learn but if not easy to navigate
