Disappointed and Frustrated in Lousiana

There were too many times TurboTax Premier Online had me go back and enter items that should have been entered with by the uploaded forms or the answered questions
Also the way to enter state tax exempt income required me to enter earnings on 1099 Rs line 16, when the actual forms had no earnings listed on that line because they are not subject to state tax.

The CD form of previous years was easy to use and all completed tax forms were easily examined if needed. This version does not allow anyone to view specific tax forms as there are completed if needed. This tax version did not provide directions on how to transfer 2024 information. The tool section was blank until one gets involved in the program. This program did not readily include entry of quarterly tax payments for 2024. The IA state form did not give me the choice of filing joint or separate. The state form did not give me a way to correct interest since some of the interest is state deductible.
