Turbo Tax 2024

I had a few issues with not using Turbo Tax Live but each time i called the person helping me was very
helpful and knowledgeable.
What I don't like is how it is sneaky how I asked several times if I want to upgrade to Live and it is easy to choose the wrong thing.

Prices are sneaking up

I previously have loved this product. It was affordable as well as easy and convenient to use. I don't understand why now I keep getting pop-ups indicating that I need "max" and "plus." The only difference is that I have gotten married. We file separately, but I am now paying so much more for tax preparation.

The software is clunky and frustrating. It bounced me out more than once. Difficult to locate form I was looking for.
