Turbo Tax was good but my frustration lies with the IRS. I am retired and just file using the standard deduction and it amazes me how much they screw up what should be a simple process!

Turbo Tax is helpful and easy to use. I have been using Turbo Tax since 1999 and it gets easier to use every year.

I've been using TurboTax for years. I contemplated switching this year, just to access the refund advance from another business, only to learn you can apply for a refund advance with TurboTax, as well. Clear instructions, easy-to-use interface, very good help function. No complaints.

The only thing that took me too long to figure out was how to handle an RMD from a single retirement account covering more than one retirement account. In other words I draw the total RMD owed from one account and none from the other.
