We love Turbo tax!

Experience with TurboTax is fair. Reason: modules, in part, are not fully illustrated or with complete clarity. The chat/community is not answering my questions. Specifically: for Federal and State the form 1040 is not displayed after the data entry is made in sequence. Recommend a software update be made to make it so as one proceeds. I was ready to file and ONLY on final review was I able print and review the actual forms. Discovered a duplicate error amount, corrected, now ok.
Finally, was connected to a live person after a cumbersome process. Not good for a senior citizen!!

Very thorough and easy. I moved to another state last year and Turbo Tax guided me through the partial-year resident for both states. Very easy to understand.

I love everything about it except for the constant request to upgrade at the end when filing. Especially when my taxes are pretty simple to do. Otherwise great!

Turbo tax is very good

I made a mistake on my Social security number and it was corrected, There was no error on my son's social security number or his name I won't be receiving a 1095.
