We needed to speak with someone to correct an entry error on state return. She was knowledgeable, courteous and helpful with each step. She corrected it so we could complete the electronic filing immediately.

Longtime Customer with some friendly advice...

I have been using TurboTax for over 15 years now, both Individual and Small Business. Couldn't be easier but do not understimate the power of record keeping! Turbo is uncomplicated as long as you have your information at hand and organized!

No instruction letter.

With online it does not print out the instruction letter like it as done in the past 20 years. That is sad.
