Product explanations ; New software excellent

The explanation of all the products is poor. Way to much verbage to explain the price and what you get.
This package is very different from other years. Explaining how to go on line, instead of a CD is very poor.
On the good side, the extra info on each page to explain the tax situation and law is much easier than last year. Overall, the new software is much better, the way it was introduced and explained was very poor.

Very difficult to end and finally prepare for mailing. The mMax benefits will not let you file without selecting Max benefit. I did not want Max benefit and had difficulty getting it removed from my billingg. The programs is not user friend

Too costly for doing all the work

Highly disappointing to do all the work yet have to pay nearly $100 to file my measly gains from Stash, Sofi, and the likes. Kind of a rip off. May look into other options in the future.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments
