Turbo Tax is very helpful.

It is easier when info from previous year is shown. However, the cost doubled this year for normal filing.

It's a good tool, but needs updating

Wish I could get to, and edit the IRS forms at times. And that TT didn't keep asking the same question (ex: "have you lived in this house for over two years") over and over. Wish the search bar would take me to the section of my return (ex: I search "home" and instead of TT taking me to MY house sale, it takes me to definitions of home selling stuff on their website)

Turbo Tax OK but can't get support when needed!

Certain steps needed additional explanations. Identity option wouldn't take only one email address. My spouse and I use only one address. Had to cancel coverage to get it to work. Paid for it but CAN'T use it!!!
