Turbo Tax was a great help!

First time filler as an active Clergy member with multiple W-2's. Having the chance to connect with a tax expert and have all my questions answered was great. Had a team of tax expert help me make sure that I was filing correctly.

Turbo Tax overcharges

Pretty tired of having to pay $100 to do something I could just about do myself. The quality of service and product I get is worth more like $20.

I’m never using turbo tax again. Last year I got 3k back and owe the irs and this time I got $400. I have no idea what went wrong. I’m always forced into upgrading so it’s never free for me, I could have taken my taxes to a person for $149 and not wasted 3 hours trying to figure this out
