Very Helpful but Stay Focussed

TurboTax is a helpful and a generally intuitive guide through annual tax preparation. The greatest advantage is incorporating the data from the previous year. You still need to stay focused as documents can get double uploaded.

It was even slower to use than last year. It didn't even bother to pick up any info from last year.

Random fees everywhere.

I had trouble finding where to enter my rental property expenses. Googled it and figured it out. It took me 2.5 hours to file my tax return. I go to checkout just ready to be done and see that yall will use my tax return to pay for the cost of filing taxes. Just to find out that the service costs 40 dollars just as I was hitting 'okay'. I had to go back and use a different method. That was enough of an inconvenice after I am already doing something I do not want to do that I will be reconsidering using turbotax in the future.
