I love Turbo Tax! I have been using it for years and it is the most simple platform that I have used. For the first time in 12 years I have had to file single and navigate how to file post divorce. I tried to use a different tax filing platform where I did not have to pay a fee, since I knew I would not owe taxes this year. I gave up quickly and came back to Turbo Tax. I'd rather pay the filing fee in order to use a system I am comfortable with and feel like there will be no filing errors!

Overall A Good Tax Prep Choice

Turbo Tax is easy to use and guides you through step by step. My only complaint is that when you choose to pay their fee with your refund, they suddenly add an additional $40 fee. I don't know if you'd have the same fee if you chose to pay the fees with a card.

Turbo tax sinks up great with there other software.
Once you file a few times you get the hang of it and it becomes way easier over time.

Good, but needs work on user friendliness

The product is good, but becoming cumbersome to use as it doesn't let me go back to the very section I left without restarting the whole section. Also, the excessive advertisement of upgrading is beyond ridiculous. Once in the beginning when selecting your version and once at the end to check to be sure is more than enough. When I decline to upgrade I also have to click through banners to double ensure I decline. It is ridiculous.

user friendly. but the $40. discount promo for filing tax return before Feb 28, 2025 is a lie. They did not give it to me and it's written on the top page. Could I have taken a picture of it while doing my return for the record
