Makes taxes easier

I don't like doing my taxes, but turbotax makes it pretty seamless, especially when you use them year after year.

Sneak in fees

I'm ridiculously upset that the premium was snuck in at some point. At no point did I click on, select or opt to have premium services, just the basic package for $89. Somehow another $79 was added for premium services and at no point in going back and reviewing my selections was that a selection I made or an option to change.

Love the detail info for unique situations

I chose turbotax this year because we had some odd situations that I couldn't figure out using other online services. Turbotax's automated explanations were all I needed. It was good to know live help or a tax pro would be available if I couldn't figure it out. I did not want to pay a CPA $500 or more.

I think this is my 30th year using Turbo Tax. It is always so easy and convenient. This year I had to submit an ammended tax forms... another easy process to work through.

Well my returns were returned, there a question about the dependent pin number which I never received a letter from IRS but I skipped the section all together since I knew it did not pertain to me at all. But I still had to go through them and answer the questions.
