Excellent tech assistance

I couldn't submit my taxes after I finished. The first young lady was sweet, but not knowledgeable. After we were disconnected, I tried everything on Reddit to delete cookies, open in another browser, etc. before calling back. This time I got an amazing young lady, Shawnee (sp?) in Idaho. She was persistent to the point of calling me back later with a fix that worked. You need more employees like this young lady. Thank you!

Product is good as ever easy to use and goes quickly even for complex tax returns. Would like more info on AZ Tax Form 348. It ultimately works out, but it is confusing.

I've been using turbo tax for the last few years with my tax return, and I've been very happy, and maybe even later on caught, something that I missed which was helpful in the long run
