I love Turbo tax

This program is Easy to use. I can't believe i have to be forced to write a review though. This is probably the hardest part of this program.

Overpriced, poorly clarified

The advice on the website for certain circumstances is very unclear. Specifically how to report the Alaska PFD for my daughter and how to report the energy credits that were included. I am already paying almost 100 dollars for the service just because I have to add the PFDs on my taxes and for some reason 1099-MISC forms aren't included in the free version. I feel like my taxes are easier to file because I don't have an state income tax to file but I am still having to pay extra because of this single circumstance. Then I am being told I have to pay extra for professional advice, even though what I was asking was just how to fill out the basic forms since the answers on the help tab are too generic. I hate having to use this product.

The application was easy to work with and lots of tutorial explanations as needed. I have been and will continue to use Turbo Tax with my Returns.

Easy as always, but I have been using your service for years and your commercial giving free returns for only new users kind of angered me off...

It was easy to use, and it covered all of the important details I needed. Every time I use TurboTax, I feel like I am in good hands and do have to worry about missing anything.
