The program works well. Sometimes it isn't as intuitive as I would like. Sometimes it seems to get caught in loops. There is plenty of help out there, though, so its usually an easy fix.

Overblown 'digital handling fees.'

Feels like I'm getting taxed twice with how much y'all charge for a job with no human inputs on the client facing side. Any time I see an online digital service fee I feel a thieving hand in my pocket.
