Your web software is so simplified it's complicated, when it doesn't explain why there are hangups and it continuously recycles back to the same pages.

Paying only for convienience

Keeps pushing upgrades and then forces it with additional common tax files. Has become so overly complicated that it asks questions about very uncommon situations and glosses over common tax situations. Also, expensive

I have used turbo tax for at least the last 6 years. I really enjoy the ease of use and the ability to pull tax forms directly into my tax forms. I plan to continue using Turbo Tax in future years.

I hate taxes

Aside from the fact that i hate doing taxes b/c we always owe - i'm not sure why we can't figure it out our withholdings! Turbotax is fine. We have 5 kids and life is expensive and the deductions aren't enough, they are never enough! We pay $40,000 a year in child care it's killing us!! I hate this - everything is soooo expensive!
