Great Customer Service, Bad Product Behavior

I did engage with a Support Representative who was very pleasant, professional, and helped me resolve an unexpected behavior that was occurring within the product.
I used the import functionality to bring in my 1099-B form data from E-Trade, but the NEEDS REVIEW flag would not go away even though I had successfully reviewed all transactions. We had to completely delete the 1099-B form and manually re-enter all 18 transactions/payments.

TurboTax seems to get more and more efficient and informational every year I do my taxes! Any questions I have can generally be answered with the TurboTax links within the preparation process.

Tax prep is a scam

The entire US tax prep industry is an unnecessary middleman. If the government can verify my tax data, they can just as easily send me a bill each year and skip this entire nightmare of a process your lobbyists have created.
I also don't appreciate you constantly trying to sell me unnecessary products throughout the entire process, and my adblocker blocked 9000 things while I had your page open for about 40 minutes. Please do the country a favor and go out of business.

First Year Doing My Taxes

I highly recommand doing your own taxes, It's a breeze... I didnt think it would be that easy but it was superrrr easy so just take your time and read EVERYTHING. Takes about 45 minutes to an Hour but worth it
