process was misleading that charge would oly be forty dollars but in order to complete certain parts that "appeared optional" was just to charge you.

Already stupid expensive and attempt to up sell customers every chance they get. I was asked to answer a few redundant questions, blah, blah, 1 Star. Next year I will be filing my taxes myself.
