Love using Turbo, hate all the fees. Somethings should just automatically come with using turbo like audit protection.

I stuck with Turbotax because they supposedly save your info and make it easier to file the next year. That happened between 2022 and 2023, but for my 2024 taxes I had to enter in everything from scratch even though I was using the same username and password. Turbotax automatically filled in my capital loss carryover in prior years, but this year it didn't so I forgot and had to file an amended return.

TurboxTax has been my goto Service and app for more than a decade. Makes even the most complicated situations easy to process. Great tools, great help resources, and real people to help if needed. The phone app has been an incredible game changer! Do your taxes while standing in line somewhere, it's that easy!
