Software problem

had entered almost all my information then when trying to enter 1099-NEC the software froze and wouldn't allow me to continue. After spending 30 minutes on the phone with tech support, they told me the only option was to clear the form and start over. After that it worked but VERY disappointed that I wasted several hours of carefully adding my information and had to start over because of your software clinch.

HSA contributions for California are wrong

Good enough. HSA contributions for California can be handled better.
While W2 does not distinguish between employer and employee contributions, this information is usually found on a paycheck. Turbotax can ask an additional question for California returns instead of flatly stating that California does not allow deduction for HSA contributions made by employer. Shame, given that Intuit is a California company.

Misleading

I thought the cost would be $49 however they charged me $99 plus $39 for the state return
