Problem with software

The software has a problem. I filled out the information on form 5695 correctly, but you kept flagging it as incorrect and therefore I have to file by mail. Not OK!

Pros: step by step procedure is OK, sometimes tedious. Carryover of information from pervious year is nice. Comparisons from year to year is helpful.
Cons: Consent forms and consent language is indecipherable, Sadly there does not appear to be any other way to electronically file taxes.
