We were having some trouble filing our taxes with TurboTax. The system was coming up with errors that we could not fix and multiple people that we called could not fix. We called again to get some guidance about how to mail them, but Doug helped us to be able to file our taxes digitally, even though a few other people that helped us said that wasn't possible. He was amazingly helpful. Such a nice man and great at persevering until the problem was solved. Very grateful for him. Definitely give him a raise!!!!

Great in prior years, this year was terrible

I had some random form that TurboTax provided zero explanation for why I needed it or what was causing it to be required. It was asking for additional information, but with no information provided about the form it made it impossible to provide answers. Additionally, the system did not tell me I could not file until after I paid the TurboTax fee to file with them as it was still waiting for IRS updates. If I would have known that I would not have used them and used someone else that could explain the actual forms.
