It worked pretty good, and was a smooth and efficient experience. The step-by-step guidance made even complex situations, like a mortgage refinance and crypto transactions, easy to navigate. The platform does a great job of walking users through deductions and ensuring they get the maximum refund possible. However, I did run into a few frustrating moments, particularly with the push for upgrades and some issues syncing crypto transactions from third-party platforms. I also had to manually adjust my mortgage information to ensure it was properly categorized. Despite these minor setbacks, it was reliable and user-friendly.
