Good product, easy to use but the fees?? Why?

I think the app is intuitive lol pun intended. I do not like that everything you do comes with another fee. This used to be much more affordable to get done. I am considering switching to a cheaper platform next year if there continues to be more and more fees to do something that should be a one and one product.

They try to force you to buy products then tack on extra extreme charges for "processing" if you pay with your return
