Disappointed in the recent iteration of Turbotax

For some reason it was a lot easier to use Turbotax last year! My screen this year was strange, with no scroll bar! Also I never was asked if I wanted to import my data from last year. When I did not see that option, I assumed that it was automatic. I was very mad to find out that if you missed that prompt, you could not import your data. That added hours to my task! Also it was very hard to navigate your site. I used Turbotax for years to do my kids' taxes and had no problem finding sections or returning to correct entries. Now it is very hard to do that. You need an index to sections.

Have been a fan of turbo tax for 9years. But I Have to say that they have gone from amazing to close to dud. This is the first year it was unable to read data from my financial inst. very slow response working online. This maybe the last use of this product
