Mostly okay

Would have been 5 stars, but had some issues at the very end. Was able to work around the bug in the programming after about an hour. Also, had issues seeing returns using Safari and Nord VPN. Switched to firefox and it worked ok.

Turbo Tax and its kind are effective at ensuring that people use their service while taking a huge portion of their refund for effectively doing nothing. This system is a scam that the wealthy use to get wealthier. Take money from each other and leave us alone, you greedy b*****ds!

Human support that is awesome

The online support is excellent however I had to deal with two software glitches which cause anxiety for me. The tech support reps and higher levels they needed to connect with provided confidence and kindness. I appreciate the online process and Turbo taxes step by step support and communication
