In general, I like Turbo Tax. I use it by filling in much of the information myself. For me, it is most useful in order to e-file which I could not do without an online servce. One issue with Turbo Tax is that it constantly has me review items, but it doesn't recognize that I reviewed the items and made no changes until I had pressed continue and had to go back to the item to press continue a second or third time before it recognized that I was done reviewing and accepting what I viewed.

Overall I enjoy the product, but the number of times the software tries to upsell higher-cost services is annoying and distracting. Once or twice should be enough time for me to opt out.
