Paid premium price just to file my return

I was quite disappointed with the experience. I had to pay extra for premium fees just to obtain forms I knew I needed. The worst part is that TurboTax didn't guide me through the process effectively. It didn't ask the right questions to make sure I had all the necessary forms, which led to a frustrating and costly experience. I expected more intuitive help and support for the price I paid, but I felt like I was left to figure it all out on my own. Definitely not worth the premium fees!

Had a very hard time with my 1099-R form

This year you get one star! I had a hard time with getting help with my 1099-R form and filling out my taxes this year. I called all day and spoke to several people and no one could help me they just kept saying I needed to get premium. Then after filling out all the details at the end I was given NO option of opting out I had to get premium or else they wouldn't file my taxes. This is pure coercion and I would like corporate to address this issue by allowing more service at the Deluxe stage without forcing clients to get Premium (and pay them more) when they don't want to!

Vehicle mileage is confusing. Some questions are not clear. I'm not sure I got all the mileage deducted I should.
