I use TurboTax every year. The interface is easy to use and allows me to file my taxes quickly. The $89 fee for the basic service is well worth the time you save. I will use this every tax season in the future.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I moved, I bought or sold investments

There are enough AIs nowadays that the company can have one write one in place of this. I refuse to be happy about being taxed, taxed again and then charged to pay those taxes. Thanks, Turbotax for making this soulcrushing drudgery that much more tolerable.
