The snapshot uploading is a super helpful feature! I also love that TurboTax breaks everything down into bite-sized tasks, and offers explanations for commonly asked questions. This is my 5th year with Turbo Tax and as always, I am satisfied with the ease of use!

Turbo Tax is good

I like turbo tax in general, but still have issues with the document (eg 1099) uploading . The system is very rigid and error correction is not intuitive making it very difficult. The call-in support is great although getting past the automated help is difficult.
