Yet Again, a Glitch in NYS Form

Once again I find that there is an issue with filing my NYS tax via Turbotax. The software claims that because I am claiming unused solar tax credits I have to file by mail. Fine enough but I am not claiming unused solar tax credits. Super frustrating and value for money is simply not there.

Customer Service good. Changing the price of turbo tax premium mid day after i was on the phone? not good. Don't believe in the "early bird" special now.

Good. Same as always; no hassles. Junk i had to pay $40+ for premium for $12 more on my refund, but i still got more from this site than another.
