Great, but sometimes frustrating

CONFUSING to find forms needed. Very confusing between on line format and desktop. Did never see an option to do desktop. Hard to figure out how to just print the returtn.

Easy...Did it by myself. Very easy to understand all questions. TurboTax pretty much had most of my information already. Thoroughly enjoyed.
