Hidden Fees

one price was stated at the begininng but thats only for federal. When you get to state taxes its an additional fee and if you want direct deposit that is also an additional fee. why not list these upfront so that I could add it to my business expenses, I dont know. Overall the process was self explanatory.

I've used TurboTax upwards of 15 years and have always found you all helpful, reasonably priced and simple. This year yields updated apps & fun new age things that I don't normally mind too much yet this time, I had to return to finish after collecting additional info and somehow the program/software (not my phone system) had an update in the Google store to download I had only the app the day before. I agreed to the update because I would appreciate the must efficient processing however I found it strange and unsettling.
Lastly, I had the most difficult time finding the area I was supposed to return to and add information. While I visually enjoy the design, layout & simplicity of the app, I think the navigation of section sucks in an unpleasant way.
I became so frustrated that I almost didn't file at all... Resulting in me filing but adding this thorough review as well. I should be heard on this.
I had to Google how to get back to the section I was in and even then, I'm not 100% convinced that I did that part properly but read that if I didn't, I'll be alerted to add the requested doc.
Navigation to the paused/unfinished area of the return needs to be much simpler. I appreciate your help in filing my taxes and I even recommended that my child use your service. I also acknowledge that I have the option to pay more for one on one assistance and such but I've learned in the past that this upcharge isn't worth it for me and so I didn't.

Many Issues

I have had so many issues with my return this year and Turbo Tax failed in every way. I have gotten inaccurate return dates. when a problem needed to be fixed, Turbo Tax did not go right to the area that needed to be corrected. i had to call support in which i was on the phone for hours. i got a email stating i would receive a 20% discount because myself and many others was having problems with filing their taxes with Turbo Tax. I still have not received the 20% off. When i spoke to a supervisor about a discount because of the issues, they were clueless nor did they was to compensate me in anyway.

Refund display problem

Don't like the fact that you guys removed the bar that shows your refund progress as you are doing your taxes in the beginning.
