Purposefully Misleading price

It purposely tells you a cheaper price so you'll file with them and half way through it tells you to either pay more or it will delete all of your progress. Thats so scummy.

it is easy to file your taxes by yourself, but the completly free part is a lie. it isnt totally free to do.
