Turbo tax was the best not with credit karma issue

I’m upset that credit karma decided to just shut down my account so now I cannot get a refund advance. U guys should find a way other than credit karma to be able to receive the advance loan. If this is the same situation next year I will not be back as a very loyal customer: I’m sure others will as well not return because I have heard the same issues all on social media about this credit karma card situation.
