Deceptive software - very disappointing

Your initial screen that gives you the "recommended" version of TT to use is very confusing and deceptive. You can easily end up using a version you don't need, where, at the end, when paying, you may or may not have the option to downgrade. If you downgrade, there is a possibility (according to the verbiage on the downgrade page) that you could lose some forms or credits that would have to be manually added. The only other option (which I had to do) is clear everything out and start over (which is NOT notated anywhere and was only proposed after calling Support. If you all don't make this right (easier for the average customer to navigate), I will be using a different, more user friendly, software next year. I had to spend an additional hour and a half of my time to finish my taxes SOLELY because of the deception of the software. 3 stars - no more.
